Digital Downloads
Because of the digital nature of our products (like templates, toolkits, checklists, guides, and other downloadable content), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for these items once purchased.
If you believe you’ve purchased a product in error, or you’re experiencing a technical issue that prevents access or use, please contact me within 7 days of your purchase. I’m happy to review your request and help resolve the issue. You’ll need to include:

Please note: Refund exceptions are extremely rare and only considered when there’s clear evidence of a duplicated or unintended purchase.

Coaching Services
Refunds for coaching services are not guaranteed and are issued only under specific conditions. Here’s how it works:
- One-on-One Coaching Sessions: If you’ve purchased a multi-session package and cancel more than 48 hours before your first session, you may request a refund or reschedule. No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for refunds.
- Coaching Packages: If you’ve purchased a multi-session package and haven’t yet booked or used any sessions, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if no part of the service has been delivered. Once three days have passed or any part of the service has been delivered (e.g., the first session or custom planning materials), the package is considered “in use” and is no longer refundable.
Free or Discounted Clarity Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled more than once.
All refund requests must be initiated here with your order details and reason for the request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
